We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a variety of nurseries across the local area. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children's learning through play-based activities.
- Promoting children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times.
- Assisting with observations, planning, and assessments where required.
- Creating an engaging and inclusive environment for all children.
Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
