1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant - Perfect for care or youth workers. If you've worked in care, youth work, or mentoring, this role could be a brilliant next step. Schools are looking for Behavioural Support Assistants to work 1:1 with pupils who need help managing emotions, behaviour, and relationships.

You'll be helping with:

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Behaviour support across the school day
  • Building positive, trusting relationships
