Make a real difference to students who need support the most. Protocol Education are recruiting Behaviour Support LSAs to support students in Gateshead schools.

Your Role

You’ll help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation and confidence in the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting students with behavioural needs
  • Encouraging positive engagement in lessons
  • Building strong relationships with pupils
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
