A forward-thinking school in Enfield is looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs and highly challenging behaviours. If you're passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and have experience in supporting those with additional behavioural needs, we’d love to hear from you. While school-based experience is not essential, having experience in similar environments such as youth work, care settings, or sports coaching will be an advantage. Past experience working with students facing challenging behaviours is highly desirable.
