Key Responsibilities Provide classroom support to teachers across Key Stages 3 and 4. Work with individual students and small groups to enhance learning and engagement. Support students with additional learning needs and help them overcome barriers to learning. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. Encourage student confidence, independence, and participation. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Requirements Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational, mentoring, coaching, or support role is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning. A genuine passion for education and student development. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
