We're looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bath.

If you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and love seeing pupils grow in confidence, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND.

Supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs.

Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them.

Working closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Encouraging independence, building confidence and celebrating every success along the way.

Supporting positive behaviour using consistent and nurturing approaches.

What we're looking for Previous experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.

Confidence supporting children with a range of additional needs.

A calm, patient and resilient approach.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A genuine passion for helping every child achieve their potential.
