What You'll Be Doing
- Support pupils during lessons to help them engage with learning activities.
- Work alongside teachers to deliver an inclusive and positive classroom experience.
- Provide encouragement and reassurance to children who may need extra support.
- Assist with small-group interventions and one-to-one learning activities.
- Help promote positive behaviour and strong classroom routines.
- Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.
- Adapt your support to meet the individual needs of pupils across the school day.
- Build positive relationships with children, staff and families.
Who We're Looking For
- Have worked with children in schools, nurseries, clubs, childcare settings, tutoring or community-based roles.
- Are patient, resilient and approachable.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND, SEMH or EAL.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Have a genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
- Additional language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.

What We Need to Clear You
- A valid passport or evidence of your right to work in the UK.
- Two recent proofs of address.
- An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years of employment and/or education history, with any gaps explained.
- An overseas police check if you have lived outside the UK for 3 months or more within the last 5 years.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
