We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with a background or strong interest in music to support pupils across school settings in Bath and North East Somerset. The role:
- Supporting pupils in lessons, helping them access learning in a way that suits their individual needs
- Using creativity and musical understanding to engage and motivate students
- Providing 1:1 and small group support, including those with additional learning needs
- Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive, accessible lessons
- Encouraging confidence, participation, and positive behaviour through supportive relationships
- Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
- A background or strong interest in music (performance, study, or teaching experience is desirable)
- Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
