We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with a background or strong interest in music to support pupils across school settings in Bath and North East Somerset. Supporting pupils in lessons, helping them access learning in a way that suits their individual needs:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support, including those with additional learning needs
- Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
A background or strong interest in music (performance, study, or teaching experience is desirable).
Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.
A willingness to support pupils with a range of learning needs.
Experience working in a supportive school environment.
