The role: September Start
You will be joining a supportive team who are looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants. They are currently looking for staff to join their primary site to support students with Complex Needs, ASD and Sensory Difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with complex needs, assisting them with their learning and personal development.
- Encouraging positive behaviours, detecting areas of intervention and negotiating improvement strategies.
- Demonstrating understanding and commitment to the improvement of students by supporting students in and around the class during lessons.
