The Role
As Deputy Head of Science, you will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership of the department. You will support the Head of Science in driving teaching standards and ensuring every student reaches their full potential.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualifications: QTS / QTLS and a strong academic background in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Experience: Proven track record of "Good" or "Outstanding" teaching at KS3 and KS4.
- Leadership: Experience as a Lead Teacher or Key Stage Coordinator is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available for an immediate start (or very short notice period).
