We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join welcoming schools in Barking and Dagenham on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children’s learning and wellbeing, whether in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. You’ll work closely with class teachers to help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

The role includes:

  • Supporting pupils with their learning and development
  • Supporting Pupils with SEN Needs
  • Assisting the teacher with classroom activities
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Helping pupils build confidence and independence

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
