Become the trusted adult who helps young people build confidence, resilience and positive routines. Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Behaviour Support Mentor to join a specialist SEMH setting in Forest Hall. You'll support pupils who may face barriers to learning due to social, emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them engage positively with education and school life. You'll play a key role in building relationships, promoting positive choices and encouraging pupils to achieve their goals.
