Protocol Education is seeking a patient and understanding Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism in a specialist setting.

You’ll help create a structured, predictable environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and able to engage in their learning.

You’ll provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with routines and sensory needs, use clear communication and visual strategies, and work with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
