Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a SEND provision in North Shields.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners with Autism Spectrum Condition, supporting communication and sensory needs through personalised strategies.

Collaborating with specialist staff to help pupils access education, build confidence, independence and social interaction, while adapting resources to individual needs and celebrating progress.
