This full-time role supports 11–16-year-olds with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours—so confidence, experience, and a calm approach are key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups within a holistic, specialist unit
- Working closely with students who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Helping to deliver integrated education and therapeutic provision
- Promoting engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing in every session
- Contributing to a nurturing and structured daily routine for each young person
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting students with ASD (essential)
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour and adapting support as needed
- A warm, patient, and resilient approach
- Ambition to grow your skills and make a lasting difference
