This full-time role supports 11–16-year-olds with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours—so confidence, experience, and a calm approach are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups within a holistic, specialist unit
  • Working closely with students who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Helping to deliver integrated education and therapeutic provision
  • Promoting engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing in every session
  • Contributing to a nurturing and structured daily routine for each young person

  • Previous experience supporting students with ASD (essential)
  • Confidence managing challenging behaviour and adapting support as needed
