Arts Graduate Opportunities in SEN Schools

Salary: 88-109 per day (PAYE, no umbrella)

Love creativity and connection? This one’s for you. We’re looking for an Arts graduate who’s passionate about making a difference in a special educational needs (SEN) setting. You’ll be joining a warm, inclusive school in West Newcastle where creativity and empathy go hand in hand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
  • Using creative arts, drama, or design to help pupils express themselves and engage in learning
  • Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
  • Helping to create a safe, encouraging classroom environment

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Art, Drama, Music, or a related field
  • A patient, compassionate nature
  • Someone who enjoys being hands-on and adaptable
  • Experience working with children or young people is a bonus (but not essential)
