What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
- Using creative arts, drama, or design to help pupils express themselves and engage in learning
- Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
- Helping to create a safe, encouraging classroom environment
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Art, Drama, Music, or a related field
- A patient, compassionate nature
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and adaptable
- Experience working with children or young people is a bonus (but not essential)
