- What your day could look like
No two days are ever quite the same.
One lesson you could be supervising Science, the next History or PE.
You'll deliver pre-planned lessons, keep pupils focused, encourage them to do their best, and make sure learning carries on while their teacher is away.
You'll be
- Leading lessons across KS3 and KS4 using prepared resources
- Creating a calm, positive learning environment where students can succeed
- Supporting pupils to stay engaged and complete their work
- Building positive relationships with both students and colleagues
- Becoming a valued part of a school community that genuinely cares about its staff
- Who we're looking for
You don't need to be a qualified teacher. If you've worked with young people and have the confidence to lead a room, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal if you have experience in
- Schools or education settings
- Coaching or sports leadership
- Youth work
- Tutoring
- Mentoring or similar roles
