Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 5 pupil who has SEMH needs and may display challenging behaviour.
The role is based in a warm primary school in S72, Barnsley, and is full-time and long-term.
You will provide consistent, nurturing support, use de-escalation strategies, and work with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning to meet individual needs, helping the pupil stay engaged and build confidence.
