Protocol Education is recruiting a trainee teaching assistant passionate about building positive relationships with children and supporting them to achieve their best.

Working days: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Positive and self‑motivated.
  • Calm and reassuring nature.
  • Collaborates with teaching and support staff.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt work style.
  • Ensures pupils integrate fully into activities and progress.
  • Develops knowledge of pupil’s needs and seeks advice from SENCo, class teacher and outside agencies.
  • Provides positive reinforcement, works as part of a team.

Qualifications: A passion and dedication to making a difference in children’s lives is essential. Experience is desirable but not essential.
