Protocol Education are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN in a Bradford primary school.
You will implement behaviour management plans, monitor progress and work closely with teachers to tailor support to each pupil's needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEN and challenging behaviour, excellent communication, patience and resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
DBS checks and safeguarding training are part of the role.
