Protocol Education is working in partnership with welcoming and inclusive schools in Radstock seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Specialists to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional social, emotional and behavioural needs. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Assistants, Youth Workers, Care Workers or graduates with relevant experience who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You ll play a key role in supporting pupils both within and beyond the classroom, helping them develop emotional regulation, build positive relationships and engage more successfully with school life. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and families, you ll help create calm, structured and nurturing environments where children can feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
