Protocol Education is supporting a welcoming secondary school in Orpington in recruiting an Arabic-speaking SEND Teaching Assistant for a September 2026 start. The role focuses on providing dedicated 1:1 support to a student with SEND, using Arabic to facilitate learning and communication. You will help with emotional regulation, engagement and independence, building a trusting relationship with the student and working closely with the SENCO and pastoral team to deliver personalised support.
