YOUTH WORKER HARROW — Mainstream Secondary School.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the internal exclusion room, manage student behaviour and oversee an internal exclusion programme that returns students to their lessons better able to manage their behaviour.
- Manage and analyse behaviour data in a way that positively impacts student outcomes, support students with their return to mainstream lessons and management after school impositions.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Hold professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people; possess good communication and numeric skills, IT and Admin skills.
- Be a positive role model, enthusiastic and flexible to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
