About the role: This is a key position within the school, supporting pupils through their final year and preparing them for SATs and transition to secondary school.
Your responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
- Preparing pupils for SATs with structured, targeted teaching
- Monitoring progress and closing learning gaps
- Supporting pupils’ confidence and readiness for secondary school
- Working closely with SLT and other staff
What we’re looking for:
