Protocol Education is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Telford starting from September 2025. This full-time role offers the chance to inspire and support young learners during a crucial stage of their education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the Year 5 curriculum
  2. Collaborate with the Year 5 team to plan inclusive and creative learning experiences
  3. Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment
  4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  5. Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
  6. Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour
  7. Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or ECT)
  2. Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5
  3. Strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies
  4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  5. Ability to differentiate instruction to support diverse needs
  6. Passion for helping young learners succeed and build confidence
