Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day? We're seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with an EHCP within a welcoming primary school. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support, help deliver small-group interventions, and work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure every child can thrive.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children with SEND, particularly neurodiverse learners.
  • Understands social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Builds positive, trusting relationships with children.
  • Is patient, calm and committed to promoting independence and confidence.
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team.
