We are recruiting a motivated and creative Year 4 Teacher to join a forward-thinking primary school that places a strong emphasis on engaging, cross-curricular learning. The class consists of 28 pupils, including 3 pupils with additional learning needs who are supported through targeted interventions and in-class support from a part-time Teaching Assistant. Behaviour across the class is positive, with clear expectations and systems already embedded. The school follows a thematic curriculum model, allowing subjects such as history, geography, and English to be linked through engaging topics. Current topics include “The Romans” and “Settlements,” providing opportunities for creative lesson design and pupil-led learning.
