If you are someone who can jump in, support learning, and help keep the school day running with small groups activities and lesson cover, then this could be the perfect role for you!
The role:
- Leading lessons across KS1 or KS2
- Delivering small group sessions
- Supporting behaviour and classroom routines
- Working closely with teaching and support staff
- Building trusting relationships with pupils
What you'll need:
- HLTA experience or relevant classroom experience
- Confidence leading groups independently
- Positive, calming and supportive approach to learning
- Strong classroom presence and communication skills
