Protocol Education are recruiting for Behaviour Support within a SEMH School in Wolverhampton. The school is an established SEMH provision, which recently received a "Good" rating in its Ofsted inspection. The school is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where students develop into happy, confident individuals who reflect the core values of honesty, respect, and trust.

The school is currently seeking a Behaviour Specialist to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), along with the ability to tailor support to effectively meet these students’ individual needs.

Details:

  • Location: Wolverhampton (Easy Commute from Walsall, Willenhall, Tipton & Wednesbury)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Start: ASAP
  • Desired Qualifications: Team Teach/Positive Handling/De-escalation Training, SEND Certificate and SEND qualifications beneficial
