Protocol Education are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Engagement Coach to join a supportive setting in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire, working with small groups of children with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping children build confidence, develop their skills and engage positively in their environment.
The Role
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping children to participate in activities and overcome barriers to engagement.
- Support small groups of children with additional needs.
- Encourage positive engagement and participation.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils.
- Support communication, social skills and independence.
- Help deliver engaging and appropriate activities.
- Provide consistent and patient support.
- Respond positively to individual needs and behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team.
The Ideal Candidate

Position Details:
