The Role

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience working within a primary school or educational setting
- Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is proactive, patient, and enthusiastic
- Can confidently support pupils across the primary age range
- Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), which would be a great bonus
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Support pupils both individually and in small groups
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Support children's academic, social, and emotional development
- Play an active role in the wider school community
