Looking for a role where you can genuinely change a child's school experience? A welcoming and well-established primary school in West Drayton is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team on a full-time, long-term basis this September. You’ll be supporting pupils within a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), working closely with children who have complex SEND, including Autism (ASD), communication needs and associated learning difficulties. This is a rewarding role where patience, resilience and the ability to build strong relationships are essential.

- Full-Time £95–£105 per day

- Has previous experience supporting pupils with complex SEND (essential)
- Is confident working within an SRP or specialist setting
- Can remain calm, positive and proactive in a busy classroom
