We are seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Manager to ensure one of our schools remains a safe, secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage the maintenance and security of the school site.
- Oversee contractors and site improvement projects.
- Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments.
- Support lettings and out‑of‑hours school activities where required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have practical maintenance or facilities management experience.
- Be organised, flexible and able to work independently.
- Have a strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Take pride in maintaining high standards across the school environment.
