Protocol Education are seeking an exceptional classroom practitioner to lead our Key Stage 2 team at a Primary school in Watford from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support teaching and learning across KS2.
  • Drive high standards of attainment and progress.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to improve practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
