We are looking to appoint an organised, compassionate and proactive Attendance and Pastoral Support Officer to join our dedicated team. This important role will support pupil attendance, wellbeing and engagement, helping to ensure that every child is able to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and promote excellent attendance across the school.
- Work closely with families to support improved attendance and punctuality.
- Provide pastoral support to pupils experiencing barriers to learning.
- Liaise with external agencies and support services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and produce attendance reports.
