The Role

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Has experience working within a nursery, preschool, or primary school EYFS setting
  • Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
  • Is warm, nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting young children
  • Can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Enjoys creating engaging, stimulating learning experiences through play
  • Works well as part of a collaborative and supportive team
  • Has excellent safeguarding awareness and a child-centred approach

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Support children's learning and development through high-quality play-based activities
  • Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive Early Years environment
  • Support children's social, emotional, language and physical development
  • Work alongside teachers and the wider EYFS team to deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Observe children's progress and contribute towards assessments where appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
