A ‘good’ school is seeking a Year 6 Teacher. This position is from March 2026 - July 2026. The Head Teacher is very open and respected by their work colleagues, children and parents. This school is always willing to go the extra mile. They offer an after‑school club and a vast range of extra‑curricular activities. PPA time is offered to all staff as well as free lunch. On site parking is available.

The successful candidate will:

  • be required to plan and teach well‑structured lessons in accordance with the curriculum
  • be a positive influence and be able to inspire and motivate others
  • be expected to have good behaviour management skills
  • ensure that every child is given the support they need to achieve
  • receive ongoing support and development
  • be required to help raise attainment and progress
