Do you enjoy supporting pupils beyond the classroom? We are recruiting a SEMH and Pastoral Support Assistant for a secondary setting focused on wellbeing and engagement. You will support pupils who need emotional guidance and consistent pastoral support.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pastoral and emotional support.
- Support pupils during difficult moments.
- Encourage positive behaviour and attendance.
- Work alongside pastoral and teaching teams.
