Are you the calm in the classroom storm? Do you light up when you see a child take a step forward—no matter how small? We’re looking for SEN TAs with patience, positivity, and passion to support incredible young learners with additional needs. From autism and ADHD to speech and language challenges, you’ll be right there providing tailored support that really matters. This isn’t a typical TA role—it’s a chance to change lives, every single day.

What you’ll do:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with additional needs
  • Support EHCP targets and create a safe, nurturing space
  • Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning
  • Use strategies to manage behaviour calmly and constructively

What we’re looking for:

  • SEN experience (in schools, care, or youth work)
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Team player with initiative and resilience
  • Valid DBS or willingness to apply
