We're looking for a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker to join a specialist setting in West Wakefield, supporting children and young people who may have experienced exclusion, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, or barriers to learning in mainstream education. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilities
- Working one-to-one and in small groups to help students engage with learning
- Building positive relationships with young people who may struggle in traditional classroom environments
- Supporting pupils with SEMH, SEND, autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs
- Helping create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and wider support staff
