We're working with welcoming schools and alternative education settings looking for someone who can make art exciting, accessible, and confidence‑building for every learner.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons and creative workshops.
- Plan course delivery in line with study programme requirements.
- Encourage students to experiment with different artistic techniques and materials.
- Adapt learning for students with a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Build positive relationships that help learners feel confident and motivated.
- Create a calm, inclusive environment where creativity can flourish.
- Celebrate progress, whether it's mastering a new technique or simply having the confidence to give something a go.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience teaching or tutoring Art, Visual Arts, Fine Art or a related creative subject.
- A passion for helping young people express themselves through creativity.
- Strong classroom or group management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A positive, flexible approach and plenty of creative energy.
Qualified teachers, tutors, artists with teaching experience, and experienced instructors are all encouraged to apply.
