We’re working with a specialist setting that supports children and young people with autism. The team here is passionate, patient, and dedicated—and they’re looking for someone to join them who shares that same energy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting children with autism to access learning in a safe and structured environment
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and independence
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support
  • Helping pupils develop both academically and socially – celebrating every achievement, big or small

What we’re looking for:

  • An interest in working with children and young people with autism (experience is helpful, but not essential—training will be provided)
  • A calm, positive approach and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEND
  • Someone reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn on the job

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
