Are you someone that can offer encouragement, positivity and consistency? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and caring Positive Behaviour Mentor to help pupils with everyday learning and tasks. You could be the person to build strong, trusted relationships with young people who need a little extra support to engage and thrive in a school environment.

  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs
  • Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies
  • Leading small group activities
  • Helping pupils engage with learning
  • Support pupils to feel safe and understood
