Make a Difference Supporting Pupils with Special Educational Needs! Protocol Education is delighted to present an exciting opportunity to join a state-of-the-art special school in Telford dedicated to educating children with complex and severe learning difficulties. We are seeking compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in a nurturing environment that combines outstanding resources and expert care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored support to pupils with special educational needs
- Support the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and educational skills
- Facilitate inclusive learning activities using outstanding ICT and other resources
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Contribute to pupil progress monitoring and feedback
- Collaborate with the wider school team, including participating in professional development and training sessions
