We’re working with a welcoming secondary school near Telford that’s looking for a confident and compassionate HLTA to join their SEN unit. This is a role where no two days are the same, but every day matters. You’ll be supporting students with additional needs, helping them feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn. Responsibilities
- Supporting students within the SEN unit on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Helping pupils regulate emotions, build confidence, and access learning
- Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
- Delivering targeted interventions and adapting support where needed
- Building positive, consistent relationships that help students feel understood and supported
