We’re currently looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and proactive 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a wonderful pupil who needs a little extra help to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing one to one support to a pupil during lessons, breaktimes, and transitions throughout the school day.
  • Helping to create a calm, encouraging and safe learning environment where your pupil can flourish.
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to adapt learning tasks and ensure the pupil’s individual needs are met.
  • Using your creativity and emotional intelligence to turn everyday moments into joyful learning experiences.
  • Celebrating every achievement big or small because you’ll be part of their journey.
Who You Are:
  • You have a genuine love for working with children, especially those who need a bit of extra support to unlock their potential.
  • You’re patient, resilient and full of positive energy ready to guide, support and champion your pupil every step of the way.
  • You’re a great communicator who works well with teachers, parents and other staff.
  • Experience in a primary school or supporting SEND is helpful, but what really matters is your attitude, empathy and commitment.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with children with autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
