We have opportunities available on both a daily supply and long-term basis, offering flexible work to suit your availability as well as ongoing placements for those seeking greater consistency.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to help create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child can succeed.
Your responsibilities may include
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Providing classroom support to teachers throughout the school day
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and participation in lessons
- Preparing classroom resources and assisting with daily classroom routines
- What You'll Need
To be considered for this role, you must
- Have previous experience working within a primary school setting
- Be confident supporting children across different primary age groups
- Have a positive, patient and professional approach
- Be able to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
- Work effectively as part of a wider school team
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
- Be able to provide references covering recent school-based employment
