Your day-to-day could include:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping teachers deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
- Providing calm, consistent support, especially for pupils who need it most
- Being a steady, positive presence in the classroom
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
- Experience working with children or young people, in schools or other settings
- Availability for at least 1–2 days per week
- A genuine interest in supporting pupils to thrive
