The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom to achieve their learning goals.
  • Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement.
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and daily learning activities.
  • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
